3.1 Between Users

To complete bookings:

• To Salon Owners: Customer name, phone number, profile photo, booking details
• To Customers: Salon name, address, phone number, services, pricing, and business hours

3.2 Third-Party Services

We use trusted third parties who may process data:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, storage, analytics

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3.3 Device Permissions

Our app requests the following device permissions for specific functionality:

• 📷 Camera Access: To take salon photos for verification and profile pictures. Photos are stored securely on Firebase and used only for business identification and profile display.
• 🖼️ Photo Gallery/Media Library: To select existing photos from your device for salon verification and profile pictures. We only access photos you specifically choose to upload.
• 🔔 Push Notifications: To send booking confirmations, appointment reminders, cancellation alerts, and salon approval status updates. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time.

Permission Control: You can grant or deny these permissions in your device settings. Denying permissions may limit some app functionality but won't prevent basic usage.
